Unloading a container in Belize

January Rotary Trip Update
Tim Tam reports from the field that the current New Mexico Rotary Trip is going well. This team is made up of some of the people who raised the money for an entire container of wheelchairs! Provided by Free Wheelchair Mission, these cleverly designed chairs will work well in Belize, and will eventually give mobility to 550 people. Check out Free Wheelchair Mission at www.freewheelchairmission.org. In conjunction with Cisco Woods and the Belize City Rotary, these Rotarians from New Mexico have been working all week to assemble some of the chairs--having a blast all the while. The group has also had the opportunity to visit other groups that TWAW works with including Palliative Care Belize and the El Centro Sewing Coop. Please pray for this team as they finish up their trip and then go back to their homes. Pray that God would enable them to keep the things they learned and felt in Belize in minds and hearts. [more]
