Belize Christian Efforts: Flower's Bank, Belize

 Flowers Bank, Belize;  In 1999 the Lord placed on Nelson and Millie Tyler's heart to build an orphanage in Belize. They sold their homes and other assets, located a property in Flowers Bank and began the construction process.  As early as 2003 a TWAW team installed pipes for plumbing, helped with roofing and stayed along side the Tyler's through completion in October 2005. 

Visitor’s Quarters were added in 2007.  There are 4 rooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 16 people!  “It has always been our desire for our Christian family to come down and experience the Joy of seeing what God is doing here at BCE.  We have many projects and activities for you to see… and participate in, if you desire.” Millie Tyler

Seven girls from Belize City are currently living at their home, which has room for up to 16. As Nelson describes TWAW's involvement: "Tim and his teams seemed to be directed of the Lord to come and meet specific needs of the project exactly when they were required."
