At The Word @ Work, we come alongside Belizean ministries already caring for the hungry, the sick, the imprisoned, and the vulnerable—partnering in ways that empower and uplift. We equip U.S. churches to live missionally, both abroad and at home, transforming short-term trips into long-term commitments that reflect God’s heart for service.

Our mission is to honor Jesus Christ by connecting resources with needs and people with opportunities to serve. These connections are directed by prayerful attention to where God is at work through His people in Belize and the U.S. Since 1996, we have been present, on the ground, and working alongside our dearest friends for the sake of the Gospel and empowering His children to BE the Word at Work.
